location>easy access to areas of our interest.the bowling alley was handy. The Valet service was excellent. The valet attendants were the greatest. variety of food locations.
The room was not the cleanest I'm accustom to. One day after maid service I found on my bead something that resembled a shower cap of some sort. Also we found that the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly>found hair remnants in some corners(not mine) and around the toilet and tub was not clean. Looked to me as a higein problem.
The movie price was good and the bowling was fun
Stayed there as a stop over, was close to the airport with shuttle. Had all the facilities that you would expect from a Casino hotel.
We had a great time. The food was excellent. The employees were very polite and friendly. We only regret that we had a family crisis and had to leave early. We plan to stay at Grand Sierra in August for HAN if we can get reservations. We tried last August to make the reservations but were told that we had to wait until after Jan 01 of 2011. Can you hook us up?
comfortable bed; clean room; convenient restaurants; variety of restaurants
Many restaurants in complex
The room was old with no proper aircon, the carpets need cleaning. Peppermill rooms were excellently remodelled
My room rate
You should include service charge in room rate and not as a separate charge for the pool and parking etc. in Vegas those items are included in room charge, it felt tacky to me to be billed as a separate charge.
Enjoyed our meals at the Japanese restaurant and at Johnny Rockets. Also enjoyed drinks in the couch area around the bar--very pleasant.
I had a problem with the wi-fi service that was promised. I was unable to get it to work in my room. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with the contracted support company, who could not fix the problem. I requested a change of room, only to find the wi-fi service didn't work there either. The next morning I tried again in the lobby and, again, was unable to get on their wi-fi network. I was, however, able to get on someone else's signal, and 40 minutes later was able to complete the work I needed to do. Very frustrating. The hotel did refund the resort fee which included the promised wi-fi service.
no shuttle, attendent was rude checking us in.Gave us 2 beds in each room when it was suppose to be 1 for each couple no need for 2 beds
Fit my needs well
Bathroom faucet was pluged up and had very little water flow. Shower door leaks a lot of water when used.
very friendly and the staff was always there when needed
as a avid traveler from my past, the food was not as good as is should have been.i have stayed at most of the surrounding hotels and the food here was mostly no good for me and my guest.
i was pleasing to look at ,very comfortable ,it was a pleasant stay
machines not loose (lol) just quoting my wife
The comfort of the room in contrast to the excitement of the restaurants and casino
They are very willing to help solves any problem even if the solution is unorthodox
No smoking restaurant in the middle of smoking area.
Convenience of having everything in one location. Beautiful bathroom decor. Very comfortable beds. Clean facilities and immaculate room.
The "suites" in the Summit are a bit less than the suite expectations I had, especially for the price. Covered parking with covered access to it would have been nice since it was raining during my stay. The hooks on the bathroom door for robes and clothing were missing making it more difficult to change after showering with friends, not family, in the room.
